According to Mosbey's Medical, Nursing, & Allied Health Dictionary, Body Composition is defined as the relative proportions of protein, fat, water, and mineral components in the body. It varies as a result of differences in body density and degree of obesity. Basically body composition describes the percentages of fat, bone, and muscle in a persons body. The percentages of body fat a person has determines their overall health and fitness when compared to factors like age, weight, and sex. Body composition also contributes to a persons overall appearance. A healthy male should have about12 to 18 percent of fat. Females should have around 14 to 20 percent. Any thing over or under these percentages would be considered unhealthy.The term's weight and fat are usually used in the same context when discussing physical fitness. Under certain circumstances, being overweight doesn't mean that a person is unhealthy. A person could be in good physical shape but considered overweight because the y have excess muscle. People with a lot of muscle mass usually have body weight, which is disproportional to their height. Having a high percentage of fat is unhealthy because it can cause heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.It is important to know your body fat percentage because it can help you put together a realistic exercise program with goals that are attainable. A good exercise program incorporates both aerobic exercises, which burn fat and anaerobic exercises, which build muscle. It is healthier to turn fat into muscle instead of just trying to loose weight without thinking about gaining strength. The best way for a person to change his or her body composition is to improve their fitness levels. Fitness has different meanings to different people. Some people define fitness as having a small waistline. Other people may feel that fitness is the ability to bench-press their body weight ten times.

The given document regarding the anti-hazing law provides the possible penalties for the liable initiation rites or practice which purpose is to embarrass and humiliate the neophyte forcing him/her to menial, silly and foolish tasks and activities. Hazing, is only allowed for the Military clubs or organizations such as Armed forces of the Philippines, Philippine national Police, Philippine Military Academy or any form of army training in the Philippines that was approved by the agency head and hazing is not allowed for school organizations such as fraternities or sororities that prohibits physical violence. In my opinion, Hazing is the most appropriate prerequisite that had ever existed because it doesnt simply bring a benefit for the applicants/ neophytes and it only creates risks of injuries, discomfort, embarrassment, harassment, ridicule, forced consumption of alcohol, placing the individual into danger and even death and such negative consequences. The main reason why Hazers do hazing is that they need to feel powerful and in control yet hazing motivates no one; it even hinders academic achievements, destroys self-esteem and causes emotional and physical pains. It doesn’t have a purpose; it has nothing to do with trust or respect. Hazing was not even related to Greek letter organizations or athletics. It is just a foolish organization that are continued by foolish hazers traditionally as it turns to become epidemic and plague on campuses. Those members who are being hazed are more likely to haze others in the future and would continue yet it should not be tolerated. The only way to stop Hazing is to simple BREAK THE TRADITION and educate members who are responsible for Hazing to move on with their lives and focus more on academics, make people aware what hazing is and what penalties are and seek help from the government and help students develop to become moral citizens that will help rid our society of the negative consequences of hazing. To combat hazing, we should seek help and report such hazing activities to the Government.

Step 2: Identify Potential Causes The first potential cause of this problem can occur at an individual level. No matter how great a company is, employee dissatisfaction always tends to occur at the workplace. Employee dissatisfaction at a company can be caused by multiple things such as not agreeing with the decisions upper management makes or dissatisfaction from your performance review. As the case states when such a behavior occurs at the work place people will more often than not take their negative emotions to social media. This can significantly impact the problem because it causes a negative work place and thus causes the employees to talk negatively on social media. This is what companies are trying to prevent because they do not have a negative reputation. The first scenario in the case we saw is that employees had to pay more in taxes because of an accounting error. This is showing employee dissatisfaction with the upper management at the individual level. The second potential cause of this problem can occur at group/team level. Building off my last paragraph, employee dissatisfaction can also lead counterproductive behavior at the group level. One key factor of making sure that all group members are satisfied is communication since stressful work environments can negatively impact job performances. We can see a domino effect occurring in the Triple Play Youre Out! Scenario, as one of the employees took his feelings about the restaurant to Facebook, which then ended up catching the eyes of his coworkers. The owners of the restaurant saw this post on Facebook and ended up firing the employees. The third potential cause of this problem can occur at an organizational level. Companies are always aware of the negative media surrounding them or when certain errors happen, they try to cover their tracks. They should always have an open line of communication with their employees, when an error occurs; it should be communicated to all their employees. If Triple Play Sports Bar Grill had just communicated the accounting error to their employees, they probably would have not taken their anger out through social media. But since the bar lacked communication at an organizational level, their reputation was harmed. Step 3: Make Recommendations An organization can take multiple different approaches on how to tackle this problem in the work place. We have learned through the first half of the class that the attitudes and emotions are more flexible than other features such a personality and intelligence. In this case the owners of the bar should understand their employees better than anyone else. Triple Play Sport Bar lost the case essentially because their policy was too vague. If they are able to provide their employees with better training and understanding of the company policies, I truly believe they could have avoided this case. As the owners (managers) they should be able to influence certain differences in their employees. Employees would be better able to handle what they post on social media regarding their employers if they had a better understanding of what the rules were. The biggest key to success for a company here is communication as referred to in the case study as well. If a company has an effective line of communication, then most their employees will be satisfied. The owner of the bars could have done a lot to prevent their employees from being angry, they should have definitely communicated the error to all their employees soon as they found out about the accounting error. An open communication also helps employees feel more valued in their company since they feel like they are a part of it. In conclusion, I think employees have the right to post whatever they feel like on social media at their own risk. These suggested recommendations wont change every employees perspective on what to post on social media and what not to but it would definitely trend positively in the workforce. Companies cant control their employees but they can try educate their employees on their policies so these problems dont continue to escalate.
